When introducing raw baby food, be sure to start with one food at a time and only give your baby that particular food for one week. See how the baby responds to the new changes in his or her diet. If you see any signs that the baby is not ready for food, like a diaper rash, switch foods immediately and try another type of vegetable for a week. Introducing raw foods into your baby's diet is an experiment in the beginning. Always introduce vegetables before fruit because fruit is more acidic, and you want your baby to develop a taste for greens first.
