Cranberries

Grapefruit

    The grapefruit has long been a favorite fruit among those trying to lose weight. This tart fruit is high in potassium and calcium and is a good source of vitamin C. The white variety contain 78 calories each while the pink and red varieties, which are also good sources of beta-carotene, pack a little more at 104 calories each.

Strawberries

    Get your fiber and vitamin C from these delicious and versatile berries. Alone or in a fruit salad, an entire cup of strawberries will only set you back 45 calories per cup.
